By downloading or using the Grip: Last Longer in Bed app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
App Usage License
Poshet grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Grip app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Age Requirement
This app is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Not Medical Advice
Grip provides general wellness and training information. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app does not replace professional medical advice. If you have concerns about premature ejaculation or other health issues, please consult a healthcare professional.
Subscription Terms
Grip offers subscription-based access to premium features:
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
- Yearly subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your App Store or Google Play account
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and agree not to:
- Share your account or subscription with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's content
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
- Redistribute or republish app content without permission
Intellectual Property
All content, exercises, techniques, and materials in the app are the intellectual property of Poshet and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.
Service Availability
Poshet strives to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features may require an internet connection. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
Poshet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the app.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Poshet may terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
