Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Rooma: AI Interior Design app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

App Usage License

Poshet grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use Rooma strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription Terms

Rooma is a subscription-based service:

  • Monthly subscription: Billed monthly, includes unlimited design generations
  • Yearly subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate, includes unlimited design generations
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

  • Upload photos you don't have rights to use
  • Upload photos containing people's faces or private information
  • Use generated designs to misrepresent property listings or deceive others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI technology
  • Share your subscription access with others

Generated Content

Designs generated by Rooma are for visualization and inspiration purposes. AI-generated designs may not be architecturally accurate or account for structural limitations. Always consult professionals before making actual renovations.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated designs are provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You may share designs for personal purposes but may not sell or commercially distribute AI-generated content.

Service Availability

Poshet strives to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Design generation requires an internet connection. Processing times may vary based on demand.

Limitation of Liability

Poshet shall not be liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated designs, including renovation decisions. Generated designs are for inspiration only and should not replace professional interior design or architectural advice.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Poshet may terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination or subscription cancellation, access to premium features will end at the close of the current billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
